Benazir Kafalat Payment 2026 — In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
The Government of Pakistan has announced new updates for low-income families waiting for financial support. Many people under BISP and the Ramzan Relief Package 2026 may receive payments before Eid.
According to the latest update, some eligible families may receive three different payments together. These include Benazir Kafalat, Taleemi Wazaif, and Ramzan relief assistance.

Benazir Kafalat Program Payment Increased to 14500
The government has officially increased the Benazir Kafalat Program payment for 2026.
Previously, beneficiaries received Rs.13,500, but now the amount has been increased by Rs.1,000, making the new installment Rs.14,500.
This payment is part of the first quarterly installment of 2026, which covers the January to March period. Millions of women registered in the BISP program will receive this updated payment.
Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Also Increased
Another important update is related to the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program, which provides financial support for children’s education.
The government has increased the stipend by Rs.500 per child.
This means families with school-going children will receive additional financial support along with their regular Kafalat payments.
Ramzan Relief Package 13000 Assistance
The government has also introduced the Ramzan Relief Package 2026 to support families during the holy month of Ramadan.
Around 2.1 million families whose BISP payments stopped after the dynamic survey are now being included in this relief package.
Eligible families are receiving Rs.13,000 financial assistance under the program.
Many beneficiaries have already started receiving SMS notifications from 9999, confirming their eligibility for the Ramzan relief payment.

How to Check Ramzan Relief Eligibility Online
If you did not receive the 9999 SMS, you can still check your eligibility online.
Follow these steps:
- Visit the official 8171 web portal
- Enter your CNIC number
- Complete the verification process
- Click the check status button
- Your eligibility result will appear on the screen
If the system shows that you are eligible, you can collect your payment even without receiving the SMS.
Where to Collect Your Payment
Eligible beneficiaries can collect their payments from authorized agents.
These include:
• UBL Omni agents
• HBL Connect retailers
• Alpha Pay agents
Make sure to bring your valid CNIC card when collecting your payment.
It is also important to collect the payment before Eid, otherwise the funds may return to the government system.
Why Some BISP Payments Stopped
Many beneficiaries have reported that their payments suddenly stopped.
This usually happens due to the BISP Dynamic Survey system.
The survey checks whether a family’s financial condition has changed. If a person’s PMT score remains below 32, they remain eligible for the program.
However, if the PMT score rises above 32, the beneficiary may become ineligible for up to two years.
Dynamic Survey and PMT Score System
The dynamic survey compares the beneficiary’s previous financial data with the latest information.
If the survey shows that a family’s financial condition improved, they may be removed from the program.
At the same time, new deserving families are added to BISP every year.
The government plans to add around 200,000 new beneficiaries in 2026.

Three Payments Families May Receive Together
This year, some families may receive three payments together.
These payments include:
• Benazir Kafalat payment – Rs.14,500
• Benazir Taleemi Wazaif stipend for children
• Ramzan Relief Package assistance – Rs.13,000
These payments together provide major financial support for families before Eid-ul-Fitr.
BISP Wallet SIM and Future Payment System
Beneficiaries are also advised to keep their BISP wallet SIM cards active.
The government is working on a system where future payments will be sent directly to digital wallets linked to these SIM cards.
This will allow beneficiaries to receive money without visiting retailers or standing in long queues.
What to Do If Your Payment Was Blocked
Some beneficiaries may have had their payments temporarily blocked.
In many cases, this happens due to:
• Account verification issues
• Expired survey data
• Missing information in the system
Once the account is verified or unblocked, beneficiaries may receive multiple pending payments together, sometimes even over Rs.100,000.
When You Need to Complete a New Dynamic Survey
If your previous survey has expired, you must complete a new dynamic survey at the BISP office.
Some beneficiaries are being asked to complete their survey in:
• April
• May
• June
After completing the survey and confirming eligibility, payments may be restored.
